No. Sign up with your email and start using it. We only talk about payment when you choose your modules and size.

Choose your modules and size and carry on: everything you entered during the trial stays exactly as it is. If you do not choose, the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. You can still sign in, look things up and export your records, and you can subscribe whenever you are ready.

Yes, any time. Add a module, drop one, or move up or down a size as your organisation changes: ask from the Billing page in the app or ask us. Everything you entered stays where it is. If you need more people or locations than a size allows, we can raise the limit.

No. The modules, sizes and prices are the same for companies, NGOs, churches, schools, hospitals and public bodies. What differs is how your workspace starts.

When you sign up you say whether you are a government or public body. Public bodies start with the Jamaican public procurement rules (thresholds, PPC and Cabinet tiers), JARD retention and disposal, and Access to Information requests. Everyone else starts with business rules: your own spending limits, and retention periods for company, tax, employment and contract records. You can change this later in Settings.

Every price is per organisation, per month, in Jamaican dollars. Each module you choose is priced at your size, and the total comes down by 10% off two modules and 25% off all three, rounded to the nearest J$500. There is no charge per person within the size’s limits.

We invoice in Jamaican dollars. Pay by bank transfer, and we will confirm when your subscription is active.

Yes. Each organisation has its own workspace and every record is tied to it. People in one workspace cannot see another’s items, files, requests or people. Read more in our privacy notice.

Yes. Bring your item list in from a spreadsheet saved as CSV, and record what is on the shelves with a receipt or a stock count. Files keep the numbers already written on them, or take the next reference from your file plan. If your list or card index is messy, send it to us and we will help.

Yes. We can import your items, set up your locations, roles and approval flows, draw your rooms and file plan, and show your staff around. Tell us what you need or write to hello@shelvesja.com.
